Terms & Conditions
Bamboo has made all reasonable efforts to ensure the information contained within this website is accurate at the time of posting. We cannot accept liability for any losses resulting from use of or reliance on this site and Bamboo reserves the right to make changes and corrections at any time without notice.
Check In/Out
Rooms are available for check in from 2pm until 8pm.
Check out is at 12pm (midday).
If you require a later check in or check out, please contact us in advance. We will do our utmost to accommodate you timings.
Non-Smoking
Bamboo is completely non-smoking with very sensitive fire alarms! We reserve the right to charge for any smoke damage or smoke contamination in the rooms.
Pets
We do not take pets although guide dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
Consideration for others
Bamboo has a no noise policy after 11p.m. and before 8a.m. Please be considerate to our other guests and neighbours. We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes
a disturbance or nuisance to other guests.
Deposit
A 25% deposit will be charged at time of booking.
Cancellations
For cancellations 7 days prior to the date of arrival, an administrative charge of 15% will be made. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged at the full cost of the booking.
Damage
While we are sure you will take care of our property, we reserve the right to charge for any lost or damaged items, including loss of a room key.
Privacy Policy
Please note that for your financial protection we do not store your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) on our website.
